passsive and hostile mobs use a different cap passive uses

mobCap = constant * chunks / 289

and the different groups use

Hostile = 70
Passive = 10
Ambient (Bats) = 15
Water (Squids) = 5

as their constants (http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Spawn#Animals)

I think that de blacklisting and puting a a large cots on autospawning would be the only sorta fair way to make them availible to everyone eventualy

I was able to recreate. It didn't happen on the vanilla tab, it happened when I switched to Botania achievements, which I guess are now integrated into the vanilla achievements interface.

Hey Riewest, thanks for reporting this in. Me and All_under_heaven were suffering from the same issue, as you pointed out, its a java process that is just eating ram and processor power, that process actually is the minecraft launcher thats being a derp. Even if you tell it to close after you launch, it still does that, as far as we know its nothing we can fix on our end. The known fixes, as you said, are either closing the process manually on task manager, or, maybe using another launcher, although we didn't test that yet.

I'll set up a link to a poll for it in serverchat once I wake up tomorrow.
