FTB Evolution updated to 1.7.0

Almost every mod was updated, notable addition Applied Flux allowing you to use AE2 to power your machines. Most of the script fixes in this update we had already applied on the server, and they still haven't fixed a bunch of ingot related conflicts so I fixed those again.. please report any new issues on Discord.
