13 is really a bit young, i don't know you so it's hard to judge. I would like @TheOneShot to gives his opinion on this and tell me if he can vouch for you or you guys just barely know each other.

He's my younger brother actually. I think he would be great to have on the server. He is definitely smarter and more mature than the average 13-year old. Would highly recommend.
