Scroll Wheel Items

For people like me that use their scroll wheel all the time to move items, it's currently pretty broken on the server.
As a fix, be in-game, press ESC and click on mod options and use the search bar to look for itemscroller, then click on config and set everything to false.
Go back and search for mousetweaks, click on config again and set wheel tweak to true.
