Is there anywhere I can donate to help out with the server costs?
planned but low priority, our funding is stable currently so don't worry 
we'll ask if it will be the case that we need support

I pay for the server myself - We have never and will never require people to donate to play on the server. However if you choose to support fiscally - it does help! I welcome paypal and bitcoin transactions.
In the future we will clean this up a bit and create a Stonebound Donate link.
