Hi there. Let's get the messy details of me out of the way first:

Alright then, now that we've got that covered. I'm going to be brutally honest with you. I've been playing Minecraft since indev, and started playing modded Minecraft very shortly afterwards, pre-survival mode if memory serves. I fell out of the game for about the last year, and picked it up again about a week ago. I started playing on a few servers I found via Google, but I cannot for the life of me find one that isn't just a lagfest at all times. The last server I was on sat at a tps of 1-2 for well over three hours. If you're not interested in someone who's just hopping servers trying to find one that doesn't lag constantly, then I won't take offense.

I'm a huge huge automation nerd. If it's even semi-possible to automate something, I'll spend hours trying to do so. That being said, one of my favorite mods is Applied Energistics. Nothing like pressing 2 buttons and watching tens or hundreds of crafting tasks fire off all by themselves. I take my time and hoard resources for the first couple days, but once I start laying down infrastructure, it starts turning into a spaghetti mess of fantastic very quickly.
