Hello,

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read my application. I am 34 years old, located in USA, and have been playing MC since the 1.5. I spent a few years playing heavily modded mod packs on Feed the Beast and Technic. Some mods I enjoyed there were Thaumcraft and Tinkers Construct. I then spent a year or so on the main Minecolonies server. Really liked that mod but I wanted to go back to vanilla for a bit since I had not been able to play any of the 1.11, 1.12, and then the new 1.13 updates. So for the last year and half I have been playing vanilla with my buddy(username: cmanley1981). Wasn't until recently we both decided we missed modded MC. However, we didn't want to jump right into a technical pack so I searched Twitch and found Life in the Woods. Thought it contained a great groups of mods but we didn't want to play alone. So I searched google and found Stonebound. This seems like a well put together server with an active community. Exactly what I am looking for. The plus side is that I know FTB Unleashed is also hosted here so that is awesome if I can jump back and forth. I would say my main passion in MC is on detailed building while also incorporating as much tech into the build as possible. Adventuring would come in a close second.

Hey, Mr_Digs!!

Thank you for taking interest in our server! I remember playing many a Minecolonies server, it was around that time frame (1.5-1.6.4(?)). I enjoy Thaumcraft as well, I just wish it would stick to one system instead of rebuilding it from ground up each version. I understand the feeling of missing Modded MC as well.
