Far as the requested information goes: I am 23, live in the USA(east coast), and I found you when looking for a server for Life in the Village. The only time I've ever been banned was a long way ago on a tekkit server when I made a blaze rod machine, unaware that it was against the rules, something outside of your stuff. Far as the kind of player I am, I tend to play on my own on most servers, mainly because that's how I like to play my games. I do like having the opportunity for chance meetings. To make trades with people. I always liked to joke with friends that if I were part of a minecraft village, I'd be the hermit on the outside of town bringing in lots of resources from time to time. I hope you look favorably upon me, and I look forward to playing with you all.

We always have one or two larger teams forming a village here, others tend to stay by themselves or with a friend.
