[Anti-Matter Chemistry] Won't stop raining

So I did a Deep mob learning trial a few days ago, with the thunderdome effect, and it has not stopped raining. The rare skeleton trap mob also is spawning all around our base because of it. I was wondering if there was any way for this to be fixed
