Hi! I'm Julian, age 22, currently living in Switzerland, and (evidently) interested in your community
I found out about Stonebound through an announcement on the Create mod's Discord server, triggering this spontaneous application, since I've been looking for something like it for a while. A couple years back, I found another relatively tight-knit community with mostly great people, but unfortunately they went bust due to lack of funding and time.
If I recall correctly, I've only ever lied about my age on Twitter (by one year, lol, but was no less a huge mess to fix when i finally corrected my birthdate in the settings and it locked me out).
That should cover your explicit questions, I guess.I'm currently working on my Bachelor's Thesis in computer science at ETH Zurich, and spend much of my time procrastinating the work I should be doing (although I have been getting better about that…).—In that vein, I'd love to at least make the most of that "wasted" time by playing in a nice community like I've heard Stonebound is.—I've been programming for around a decade now (although I honestly sucked until I really got into it in 2014), and modding MC on-and-off, too. In fact, that's what really got me into programming in the first place. Minecraft has truly been a constant throughout so much of my life, and while how much time I spend playing can vary a lot, it's one of my favorite pastimes.
Apart from programming, Minecraft, some other games, as well as the obligatory YouTube and Netflix, I also like to play the piano (and have been for, huh, 14ish years now). Not to mention I spend a hard-to-justify amount of time on Discord everyday, checking messages whenever I'm unfocused, but let's not talk about that, haha.
Anyway, I hope that gives you an idea of what I'm like! Looking forward to hearing back from y'all.
P.S. Is there a way to disable automatic emoticon replacement on this forum?

Hooray, I too procrastinate on my bachelor's thesis! Can confirm playing on Stonebound is time well spent, nevertheless.
