Updated the server and pack, should fix the Rats portal and Tetra tools being able to break Bedrock.

Server was just updated to pack version 0.5.0. This brings us the latest Create Update and Rats 4.1.0!
Maybe it will even fix some dark chunk issues

I just updated the modpack and server to version 0.4.0.
This should fix all the dark chunk issues and the generally weird entity behavior related to it. Immersive Engineering was also finally updated to 1.14 and has been added to the pack. As always please report any new issues to the mod authors!
